We couldn't find our favorite bagel in Chicago so we created our own.
Allium Bagel Company began in our own kitchen right here in Chicago. As self-proclaimed bagel connoisseurs, we've tried all the bagel trends in search of the perfectly crunchy crust, chewy but fluffy interior, and topped with a bold and fresh flavorful cream cheese spread to balance it out.
We started delivering bagels to our neighbors and friends and kept hearing the same thing -- "Where can I buy these?"
We hope you enjoy our bagels just as much as we love baking them.
Check us out at the Roscoe Village Farmers Market on Sundays from 8am - 12pm starting June 19th through October 9th, 2022 for a Chicago bagel experience unlike any other.
